Meow Wolf has gone through a big journey, coming a long way from its humble beginnings. Established in 2008, the “immersive experience” company will now open its amazing art space out of state.

In 2019, Meow Wolf will open in Las Vegas, Nev. In 2020, they will open a third location in downtown Denver. In 2022, another will land in Washington DC and the fifth will be in Phoenix, Ariz.

The new exhibitions being built will need new artists. That means they will be hiring new talent. According to artistic staff, at least 70 will be hired, according to Meow Wolf’s website.

Many people enjoy having the opportunity to work in an imaginative atmosphere, where every employee is treated equally.  According to Meow Wolf’s employment page on their website, “The ethos of the company is often described as radically inclusive, where people are given the space to be expressive, creative, and effective. Unlike a traditional corporate setting, this produces an environment where no job is too low for anyone, and no ambition too high.”

Alicia Avila, who works in the Meow Wolf gift shop, said, ¨I like working in a different environment where people come dressed as different characters of all sorts. They even allowed me to make a sticker and sell it in the shop where I get profit from it.¨

Tickets can already be pre-ordered for the opening weeks in Las Vegas and Denver.
