The Sept. 3 game for Demonette volleyball against Taos was another win and their first home-game, too.

“I think we’re gonna win, and we have a good chance to,” Coach Josie Adams said before the game. “We’re playing Taos. The girls have been working really hard, they’re ready, they’re super strong — playing a lot — and they’re just excited.”

And she was right. Even though Taos put up a fight, the Demonettes still pounded them three games in a row. 

The girls also beat Los Alamos on Aug. 29.
