Rebecca Jimenez, a member of the Class of 2020, sings “Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again” from Phantom of the Opera, on the stage of The Lensic Performing Arts Center. She would have performed this piece live as part of Student Showcase, one of the theater’s education programs. Although the shows were canceled because of Covid, young people were given the opportunity to perform in socially distanced recording sessions.
