How To Climb A Vertical Wall

  1. Run at the wall and at about leg distance away, jump at the wall and place either foot on the balls of the foot on the wall.
  2. Push upwards.
  3. Reach for the ledge at the top and grab on to it.
  4. While you are hanging on the wall, place the balls of your feet on the wall and, like a pull-up, pull up fast so your chest goes over.
  5. When your chest is over the ledge, push up and put your foot on the wall and pop over it.
