How To Climb A Vertical Wall

- Run at the wall and at about leg distance away, jump at the wall and place either foot on the balls of the foot on the wall.
- Push upwards.
- Reach for the ledge at the top and grab on to it.
- While you are hanging on the wall, place the balls of your feet on the wall and, like a pull-up, pull up fast so your chest goes over.
- When your chest is over the ledge, push up and put your foot on the wall and pop over it.
