Karen Tian finished in fifth place overall and medaled at the state golf tournament at Twin Warriors Golf Club on May 8 and 9.

Individually, Karen was just one stroke back from fourth place and two shots off of third place. She competed in a field of 47 golfers.

The Demon Girls Golf team played what Coach Kampsky calls “a grueling two days in the high desert heat.”

“The girls fought hard, hit some great shots, and had a lot of fun,” he added.
