Eight teams of Santa Fe High students pitched their entrepreneurial ideas to officials from the city of Santa Fe on April 22 in the school library. The club, Santa Fe Startup Youth Challenge, was spearheaded by senior Davis Loy and funded by the city.

Eight ideas were presented. The top thrree teams received a cash prize:

Zadok Miller won first place with Kalakuta Clothing — A recycled clothing company that repurposes cloth from thrifted materials into unique streetwear clothing.

Quinn Morris won second place with Beginner Boost.

Max Anderson and Josh Davis won third place with Fit Findr.
