Unlocking Sex Abuse Scandals in the Church at Home and Abroad

For the past several years, the Roman Catholic Church has been in the news for numerous issues both local and worldwide. These issues are present locally with the Santa Fe Archdiocese filing for bankruptcy, a date being set for individuals to file abuse claims in the Archdiocese, and more transparency in cases of the credibly accused. Globally, the pope is addressing issues of clergy abuse of nuns.

 

Santa Fe Archdiocese Files for Bankruptcy

In December of 2018, the Archdiocese of Santa Fe filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.
