For the third year in a row, Santa Fe High’s NJROTC are State 6A Champions. They are also New Mexico’s Physical Fitness Champions for the third year in a row and the state’s Drill Champions for the second year.

Demon ROTC has competed in 15 competitions since September, earning 101 trophies, including state and national Air Rifle Champions (All Services).

“These kids’ performance is unparalleled by any other JROTC unit in the State,” Chief Patricia Schipp said. “I don’t know that Santa Fe High’s NJROTC has ever had a year like this.”
